"Got the wrong frame color"
I ordered a black frame but a brown one showed up instead. The prescription seems fine, so at least that part works, but the order details definitely weren’t right. Customer support took a while to get back to me too, which was annoying. feels like the whole process works when it wants to.

"I really wanted this camera to work, but..."
I really wanted this camera to work, but it just wouldn’t stay connected to my WiFi for more than a few minutes at a time. The app kept showing it as offline even when I had the router sitting right next to it. I tried resetting it, changing the WiFi password, switching to 2.4GHz only, and pretty much everything else I could think of, but nothing helped.
Support wasn’t much better either. They sent me the same basic troubleshooting steps I’d already done, and I had to chase them just to get a proper response. After wasting two evenings messing around with it, I gave up. Really frustrating experience overall.

"Privacy and ownership felt unclear"
I ended up stopping using it because I just didn’t feel comfortable with the security side of things. What bothered me even more was that it wasn’t really clear who actually owns or controls the data, which made the whole thing feel a bit sketchy to me.
"Battery just doesn’t last"
I really wanted to like this, but the battery drains way faster than I expected. I bought it thinking it would at least get me through the day, but I’m constantly having to charge it, which gets old quickly. If this keeps up, I’m probably going to return it and go with something else.

"Warranty process felt harder than it needed to"
I bought a camera from lavieworld.com, and to be fair, it worked well for a while. But it started having problems before the warranty was up, so I reached out thinking the process would be straightforward.
That’s where it got frustrating. There was a lot of back and forth, they kept asking for more details, and the replies were slower than I expected. I don’t mind providing information, but it felt like the process could’ve been handled more smoothly.
In the end, I did get some help, so I want to be fair and say they didn’t completely ignore the issue. Still, for a warranty claim, it felt like more hassle than it should have been. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"Fine at first, but I lost confidence over time"
I used Lavieworld for a while, my experience was okay in the beginning. It seemed to work well enough and I didn’t have any major complaints at first. After a few months, though, it started acting up more often and just didn’t feel as dependable to me anymore. Support was decent, but in my case, it didn’t really solve the problem completely. For something I expected to use long term, I was hoping for better. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but personally, I don’t think I’d fully trust it again.

"Save your time, the subscription isn’t really worth it"
I gave the subscription a try for a while, but i didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for what it costs each month. A few things were helpful, sure, but not enough to justify keeping it. Save your time and maybe look for a better option before signing up.

I don’t know, I just couldn’t get it working. The setup felt way more annoying than it should’ve been, and after trying for a while I kind of just gave up
"SD Card Recording Has Been Disappointing"
I really wanted this camera to work out, but the SD card recording has been a headache. It keeps missing clips, which is kind of the whole point of having it record in the first place. Playback is also painfully slow, like waiting-for-coffee-to-brew slow, except less rewarding. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really give me anything useful. Maybe I just expected too much, but this wasn’t the experience I thought I was getting.

"I’m honestly confused by how blurry the video is"
I bought this expecting the footage to be clear, but I’m kind of confused because the video looks fuzzy both during the day and at night. Faces are really hard to make out, and somehow the app seems to make it look even worse. Not really what I was hoping for.

The camera still works fine so far, but the casing feels a lot weaker than I expected. I keep worrying it won’t hold up if it takes a small bump or fall. i’m having a bit of buyer’s remorse because I probably should’ve spent a little more on something sturdier

"Support got back to me, just kind of slowly"
So, yeah, customer service did eventually reply to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Like, they were nice and polite once they finally got back, which I appreciated, but I did have to wait around and follow up. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just, you know, it would’ve been better if they were a little quicker

Support took a few days to get back to me, and when they finally did, it felt like they just sent the usual copy-paste troubleshooting steps. None of it actually fixed the issue. I asked a couple follow-up questions too, but never got a real answer. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get the cameras working, haha.

"Really Disappointed With the Quality"
I ordered this from lavieworld.com it felt cheap once I got it. It looked way better online than it did in person. After just a short time, it already started having problems and didn’t seem like it would hold up at all. For the price, I was really expecting something much better. I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again

"Showed up quicker than expected"
I thought this was going to take a few more days to arrive, so it kind of surprised me when it showed up already. The box looked totally fine too, which is always a relief because you never know with shipping. Anyway, no complaints here, quick delivery and everything came in good shape.

"Wish It Covered a Wider Area"
The camera itself works fine, like the picture looks good and everything, but the field of view is way narrower than I thought it would be. I kept noticing it was missing stuff off to the sides, so then I’m standing there moving it around, checking the angle, moving it again, and it just felt a little annoying. It does the basic job, I guess, but for the price I really expected it to cover more space without so much fiddling.

The video quality was fine, I guess, but the audio was a mess. It sounded muffled the whole time and kept cutting in and out, which got really annoying fast. i expected better and I’m frustrated with it.

"Pairing the device was honestly a nightmare"
I spent over an hour trying to pair my camera and it just kept failing over and over. The app found it once, then immediately dropped it again like nothing happened. I restarted my phone, reset the device, went through the support pages, and still got nowhere. At some point it felt like I was begging this thing to work, which just made me more resentful about buying it in the first place. Really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"The app crashes constantly"
I don’t get it, this app loses connection pretty much every day, and half the time my cameras won’t load when I actually need to check them. Make it make sense. It’s really frustrating when the whole point is being able to see what’s going on in real time.
